Had the same question... IR sez:
"The Information Circular has not been mailed as of yet. We are currently still negotiating the final terms of the Plan of Arrangement with IMHL and once that is complete, we can then mail out the Circular and set the date firmly for the Annual General Special Meeting. All the necessary documentation, materials and structure are in place to be activated immediately upon the completion of the Plan of Arrangement.
