I know nothing more than what information  is available and my assessment of it. This is in the hands of a Russian firm. (and what comes with that territory). Do you believe they have any concern or feel any onbligation to  a group of retail shareholders from Canada / US?

If you do, than hold hope it will trade again. I do not.
