What we have with Sandspring:
A world class gold deposit (+4 million Oz reserves within 10 million Oz resource).
Well advanced feasibility study with US$ 5 million from Silver Wheaton to complete it without dilution.
No permitting issues.
Good infrastructure with road to project, camp facilities, heavy equipment and airstrip (probably worth $20 million).
After tax 5% NPV of US $460 million @ US$1250 gold (US$ 1B @ US$1600 gold).
Insiders owning 20% with $25 million of their own money invested since inception.
All this for a mkt cap of Cad $15 million??????????
The best option on the price of gold available in the junior space imo.
