I dumped my VIT. but to answer your question after a 4 year bear market where ssp fell like 99% from the peak, not knowing if this is a new bull or not, they pulled the trigger as NO ONE, even me until a week ago, 100% trusted this rally. so they decided to raise money now.

on the bright side, we are in a new bull market and IR told me we have enough cash to last awhile into 2017, so next time around we need to raise ( probably to finance the mine) we should have a shareprice well over a buck probably over $2.

and hopefully by that time they have drilled more gold !!
