RE:RE:RE:RE:cutting to the chasewell first of all spanish mountain has been diluting itself the past 4 years, even did some drilling 2 years ago. I own the stock, but ssp is hands down a better company higher grade and larger esource, smaller capex. ssp will not be raising money for the cap ex at the bottom of the market, in fact its very possible the 300M for the capex will all come from debt we may not have to issue any shares. if we go have to issue shares, itll be around 50M I would guess, when all is said and done and in construction I would guess our total outstanding shares would be around 200M, which is less than SPA's current float
