The plant is in UFB excellent condition. It got built in 2004. They ran it for one shift. They decommissioned it. We went up there a few weeks ago to walk around. They put it to bed properly. Every bearing is heavily greased. The equipment (as seen in the photo) is basically in showroom condition. 
Significant benefits accrue to the Company by leasing an existing, permitted and equipped micronization facility.
