For 2018, the way I see it, it has to be the year for GLK. If December comes around and there are no major supply agreements then it's probably time to get out. Other graphite JVs are not progressing, actually some are regressing. Now is the time.
Not worried about when PRs because they are part of a web where if a lady from procurement is on vacation for two weeks then they won't become a preferred vendor and no deal. They work with several parties so things can happen. Plus the process takes time. So if they say something will be done at the end of December I don't hold them to it as long as it's done within a quarter then it's fine. But if nothing is progressing by end of December then it's not happening. I don't think that's the case based off November news releases and 2018 will be a great year!!
