RE:I've been snooping Not exactly sure what the SEC has to do with anything. As near as I can figure GLK is not a SEC (SEC is USA regulatory body) registrant. This was halted by IIROC for non-filing, but that has been reinstated as they have filed the statements in question. I believe that the reason for the continued halt is the TSXV exchange.
