Thanks - I reviewed them and they were not very good.  There were three main concerns brought up by posters and they discussed them 1.  Flow Through Shares - as predicted they were not able to spend enough on mining to complete the FTS.  They will take a penalty on it and work out some sort of payment. 2.  They were given a grant for their work in Matheson.  They will ...more

agree Florida's. It seems to me that GLK today is a trimmer Co than when I first purchased my shares. I invested in a penny speculative stock knowing full well there could be a big upside. That’s for sure because of the Halt. I just hope we’re going to get some news flow until the stock begin trading back. My investment horizon for this type of company is coming to an end soon and they’ll need some majors announcements to keep me in. I tought the revenues would have inscrease with the supply agreement they signed back in late october. I also wonder if their process to become a ...more

So they got a $2 million cash infusion back in November but defaulted on a $100,000 payment that was due in February? Where did the $2 million even go? Their fiscal management and these financials are absolutely atrocious, and yet the two Paul’s gave themselves $60,000 raises and mike c got a $110,000 raise? The two previous debentures are now all but guaranteed to be converted to stock, and at $0 ...more
