Yep it is frustrating.  i hardly post positive anymore because there is nothing to post.  Instead of dilution there are other means they could take such as loans or bonds issuance but in order to do so they need to be generating some sort of revenue.  They can also apply for grants, subsidies and things like that but at some point they will need a large infusion of cash.  As

Hi Bull, the proof is in the statement of financial position where they have almost no cash and a stack of debts and payables. It is not an opinion, it is fact. I am constantly amazed they people don’t look at the financial statements all public companies are required to post.
