YAWN !!!    Back to bed.  Someone wake me when these guys have significant news to release, such as a S A L E S  C O N T R A C T .

Yeah. Sending a heads up tweet with this type of news seems a little lacklustre.  Hopefully more exciting news is coming too.

Bruce Reading is a well known IT guy and strong entrepreneur.  He's an extremely talented.  Not saying it's like getting Mark Cuban on  your board but he's a strong addition and it's good he accepted the position. However it might not be heads up tweet worthy.  The first thing people will thing of is sales are coming.

Another good step in the right direction. If you want to attract sophisticated investors you need competent people on the board. Bruce owns about 8m shares and his track record speaks for itself. About the tweet, they did the same thing when they announce Richard Baxter was joining the board so what's wrong today?

Sophisticated investors will appear when they start selling their product.

“I am using the baseball analogy of loading the bases here for a couple of reasons. The first reason is because we have added three independent Directors recently, so that fits. The three of them are now all in position and create the potential for something big and exciting to happen, so that fits. Another reason I am using the analogy is to draw attention that the three appointments are not ...more

I noticed this post is signed by Paul Ferguson, the CEO of NovoCarbon. Are you in fact Paul Ferguson?
Comment by uncleronstips on Jan 14, 2019 10:21am
I don't see that post , must be someone I have on ignore ? Probably not P Ferguson. I see from the math that has been presented here that a $0.30 is a reasonable SP with the right amount of sales ect. That's what I figured a while back, got laughed-at of course, lol. I would like to add the crazy buying frenzy factor and we could see a much higher SP. How many sales / contracts are we ...more

For the tweet - it's not relevant to all investors.  For example when I saw the tweet about Richard Baxter I thought nothing because I knew nothing of him.  I am sure others thought the same.  Over time I realize how important he is to GLK and what he brings to the board.  At the time though I thought it was an uneventful tweet.  For Reading, I have heard of him and it ...more

Yup I do understand, and that's what I meant by '  If you want to attract sophisticated investors you need competent people on the board.' We need more sophisticated investors on this board to understand what it implies when we get good people on board. Sales news are nice, but bulding a good team for the long term is what we need. So it's investors job's to actually ...more

I think this is a big step and one I have been hoping for. Management credibility has been shown to be lacking at times and they have now done something about this. You can't have a good team without good leaders and they have finally recognised this and done something about it. There is now a presence within GLK that will gain them more respect within the industry. Praise where praise is due.

This is what the DD I did recently , told me. NovoCarbon is connected to very rich investors that are interested in this company. Angel investors ect want to make money, as we all do. I'm sure this new board member is acquainted with these types of people. Definitely a good addition for NovoCarbon. What is the next move ???
