This is a new one. Not sure what their goal is but they were deceitful and could bring a pending lawsuit. I did get this information: " If all of the directors have resigned or been removed and no replacement directors are elected, then a person who manages or supervises the activities or affairs of the corporation is deemed to be a director for the purposes of the NFP Act ...more

agree 100% with the possibility of deceit on behalf of GLK with Paul posting on CEOca over last few months. This isn't sitting right with me

Received this response near end of May. Thanks for your note. We are continuing to make steady progress towards resolving the issues related to the halt.
