I said on Aug 1st. news was coming

this week . Crazy news ! thats for sure. The Fergusons have invested a lot of their money in this company. Paul Ferguson is the CEO mike coscia still works there , this means they aare the new officers in charge of this company ? I'm thinking there is a struggle between the board and those holding NovoCarbon's debt ???   What else could be responsible for the mass resignation? If we were facing bankrupcy I would think that would be mentioned ? This clears the way for a new beginning and an end to the halt.

This was a Twitter message from Paul to me on Feb 21 actually I bought more soon after this. If you hit the ball hard enough at Fenway and put it over the Green Monster, you can bounce it off the dome at MIT. It has to fly across the rivah, though. And that's fah. Batter up! Well we know that wasn't the case and now my D&D has a whole new level of mistrust from talking directly to ...more

I like your optimism. I am also starting to believe no bankruptcy (not ruling out other things like delisting etc.). I hope they update soon (like tomorrow morning) as all this speculation is torture Good evening to all

"This clears the way for a new beginning and an end to the halt."  You are clearly deluded. You have pumped this stock for months and posted fanciful projections and at the same time shot down those of us that urged caution, but of all your posts this one takes the prize for the most stupid.  All that fantastic research you boast of and you got it totally wrong.    ...more

Right on Bueboy.   Uncle Ron bashed me for asking questions about the viability of the company.  This company has been damaged goods for a long time. He clearly cannot do any proper due diligence as this post also said the Ferguson was still CEO, when he clearly resigned yesterday.  This company is dead and not coming back. If anyone can sell today on the US market, they should ...more

for your information Paul Paul Ferguson is still working . Obviously you get your DD from others ( luckierjack & bueboy) on a BB. Try to actually do some real DD .
Comment by Luckierjack2 on Aug 07, 2019 12:29pm
The press said he resigned, but he may still be around trying to recover family money. Uncle Ron, your DD has been faulty as this company is toast. They have no assets and almost $9 million in debt.

If paul is still working on the project, there must be something to work for.  IF BK is the direction it is going, why stick around after you resign?  Interesing back and fourth on this one.

luckierjack can't even call the company and talk with Paul Ferguson. You are at fault with your faulty ASSUMPTIONS ! Get off your loser BS. Why did insiders invest big money ? What is happening with all the business conducted ? Has bankruptcy been declared ? Why did you invest here in the first place ? Not too smart then , are you ?
