this week . Crazy news ! thats for sure. The Fergusons have invested a lot of their money in this company. Paul Ferguson is the CEO mike coscia still works there , this means they aare the new officers in charge of this company ? I'm thinking there is a struggle between the board and those holding NovoCarbon's debt ???   What else could be responsible for the mass resignation? If we were facing bankrupcy I would think that would be mentioned ? This clears the way for a new beginning and an end to the halt.

Right on Bueboy.   Uncle Ron bashed me for asking questions about the viability of the company.  This company has been damaged goods for a long time. He clearly cannot do any proper due diligence as this post also said the Ferguson was still CEO, when he clearly resigned yesterday.  This company is dead and not coming back. The press said he resigned, but he may still be around trying to recover family money. Uncle Ron, your DD has been faulty as this company is toast. They have no assets and almost $9 million in debt.
