NOVOCARBON CORPORATION ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

Effective immediately, Paul Ferguson, Richard Baxter, Bruce Reading and Brett Clark have resigned as the directors of Great Lakes Graphite Inc. (doing business as NovoCarbon Corp.). Robert Suttie has resigned as the company's chief financial officer. As such, the company has no remaining officers or directors.

Impossible for me not to chuckle when I see the press release for the director/board resignations and at the bottom of the release, like every other before, it says please contact Paul Ferguson for additional questions.   Just so sloppy.  It is a painful financial chuckle, but at least it is a chuckle. I have to imagine that a signifigant amount of the retail float exists on this
