But keep in mind that CompassPeak are not just consultants, they actually have a stake in the business division and are managing it, their compensation is directly linked to their success in turning the business side around. The more they are succussful, the more they get paid, so it's a win/win situation. That means they're quite motivated to do well. It will be interesting to see year end results where there's more discloser.
