RE:Takeoverdafuq, late May? Is this is a earky April fool joke? Or some underhanded stalling plan by Bell to get it cheaper by witholding another dividend payment? I still don't understand what the delay is. All press releases say 'to close by end of first quarter'. Why are we being lied to?
Viterra had required 5 levels of government approvals, Canada, US, China, EU, Australia, for what is much more important and strategic assets and that acquisition was closed in 6 months, despite a foreign acquirer. Please tell me what is taking so long, it's a few hundred kiosks selling effin smartphone plans. Please don't tell me the competition bureau, never seen any review process take so long. Any of the small players and incumbents can do open kiosks just the same. Please tell me this is a joke.
