FSD Pharma Inc. (Nasdaq: HUGE) (CSE:HUGE)  is a pharmaceutical company based in the United States. According to the findings of a special committee and a law firm, "just a handful of the reasons for Dr. Bokhari's removal are incompetence, including breaching court orders, improper issuing of shares, and attempts to misappropriate corporate funds in violation of his work requirements." It didn't provide any other details.
