Tesla and GMEI?..Super battery storage facility

Apparently Tesla owns GMEI ..super battery storage facility in Texas being constructed..I imagine thats what all this hype is about! IMHO 
 GLTA!  There is not much else i could find ..maybe because the richest man in the world id keeping it hush hush..not alot of selling going on here
