1. If 90% of stocks that consolidate fall back to their pre-consolidaiton level then why don't people just short all stocks prior to consolidation and make a massive profit 90% of the time? Your assumptions are wrong.

2. The market cap of Global Minerals is tiny, just $5m at the moment. Are you really expecting the shares to fall 80% from their current levels? I think this would only happen if it became clear that the company was about to fail. Now, maybe this will happen, but with investors giving the company a lot of new equity, I would say if anything the odds on survival have significantly improved.

Unless there is a signifant move down in the price of silver, I would expect that when the financing is completed the stock will stock to climb higher. The bulk sampling and the PEA will likely be catalysts through the year, but I you are taking a risk by waiting to get in at a lower price.
