Talked to Sprott about Global minerals

Called up and talked to Sprott about opening an account...while I was chatting with the Broker I complained that most of Rick Rules recommendations are getting crushed by the market....I mentioned that Rick just announced that he had bought back into Global Minerals at 12 cents because it had gotten to cheap.  The broker I chatted with said no way was Sprott buying at these levels...I said I had just seen Rick interviewed and he indicated that he had recently bought....this broker said that he was not aware of any recent purchases by Sprott into this company.  Makes you really wonder if Rule owns it at all or if he is just trying to throw a bone to his friend Bill Pincus....This could be dead money for a long long time....

Sedar.com -- search for "global minerals", "other" reports, from Jan 1 2013. You will find two "alternative reports" available (March and July, I believe). Both are for Sprott, and show they have unloaded millions of shares. As of early July they still held over 5 million.

Thanks for the posts guys.. Markets like this are always gonna be tough.. finding the bottom?.. waiting it out when the stock goes lower after you bought.. etc etc.. reading all the so-called experts who all seem to be saying different things right now.. will we see lower metal prices? Silver $15 - $16?.. who knows?.. Buying a stock like this in this environment you have to be thinking years ahead ...more

I think its discusting how people can get away with that on bnn like what Rick Rule did. Dont they have no shame. This is gonna be stuck in single digits for years
