RE:Paying Dividends

RE:Paying DividendsGobi paid a 1 cent per year dividend for every year except the market turnadown and low cash in 2019.

The long term yield ( dividend /averrage price ) wss about 2.5 %.

Gobi has $27 million CAD in investements right now which bbrings in about $1.3 m  CAD in interest based cash flows.

This amount fully covers Gobi's operating costs ex the development costs of Saway.

With $130 m  CAD or so in cash, they can now afford not only yo pay but boost the dividend.

Maintaining that 2.5 % yield would imply about 1 cent cad per quarter which would generate a share price of $160 M  ( 40 times $0.,04 ).

That extra net cost would be borne by far less shares than previously and  just 4-5 m or so non insiders, as the Insiders will take most of the dividfend.

So, dividend yes .
How much is the question
