With such a low volume and so few remaininh stocks out there, this company shouldn't be publicly traded anymore... going private is good call

That is very true. Just 4 or 5 million shares held by non insiders. This delay is well beyond the time needed for legal receipt of funds in escrow. Something other May be under discussion..
