Decent offer at $1,84
While a bit below what I consider to be fair value, consistent with the fair value opinion given by independent appraisers, I think $1.84 per share is a decent offer which I intend to vote for.
This is a highly illiquid stock , my position is signifucant , and markets may have significant downside risks, so why risk this in the bag offer and perhaps have the offer withdrawn.
A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush

NO it is not. Mr. Tan did not even offer the value of the current cash per share.
