Order of magnitude

I saw reference to 700 in menerals in the ground. Say after op costs, taxes etc 100-200. DCF it at a high rate 50-100. Sinome is financing etc - unclear what share they are taking. say 70%. Gets 17-30. Current cap is 3. 6- 10 times after building in a lot of risk.
