Lots of News

Just found lots of news about this company and its corruption.  BC Securities Commission is investigating and holding a hearing for Zahir "Zip" Sadrudin Dhanani and Robert James Naso for so many instances of failing to disclose important information about this company.  Arian failed to comply with its continuous disclosure obligations under the leadership of these two corrupt individuals.  Everything came out on April 6, 2020.
