This pilot plant and the entire scrap in Two Hills, AB is irrelevant to DKL, trust DKL will abandone the whole thing because of the cost of cleaning/remediation; Environment Canada is serious and follows very high and stringent standards. Also, it's clear to me DKL is exiting the heavy oil biz and betting on PV and O&G exploration.
