Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Drydock is right, UP & Stealth are ruining this board. they just keep saying the samething over and over. I get it...you guys are really mad, but you guys are pointing your anger in the wrong direction. You should be mad at yourselves for put too much money in a penny stock.
Hey, I am down 76% on this stock, but i can handle it because i didn't over do It. Just forgive youselves and be at peace... FYI Ameritrade & Etrade both can buy & sell Genoil.
