The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Eh, enlightened one.You forgot to mention the International Maritme Organization left the sulpher content in marine fuel unchanged in 2008.It was lowered in 2016.I see you finally admitted your not a shareholder of Genoil.If so why don't you legitimately request an update.
