These are not real contracts thry're con tracts. David and his nephew meet with some cro-ks at the bar and they tell them OKAY, you'll get a $50B con travt to build a 900,000 barrels per day refiney and David posts the so called news. Did you notice that when David says he signed a contract with THE NEPHEW OF MOHAMMAD BIN SALMAN...blah, blah?
