Let me guess, another closely guarded secret in Moscow is

that a major global energy operator (Genoil) approached Russia with an offer to divert up to 4 million metric tonnes of crude per month after the the Ukraine conflict began. 

Davey-how's the 7 million barrels per day of oil (plus natural gas) flowing to China? The spigots are gushing....swoosh, swoosh, swoosh...

Addendum: the diversion would this time be to India. Ports, pipelines-no problem. Shipping via tankers, also not an issue and can be resolved with facility. Genoil up to the task, IF NECESSARY.
