SEC says it's on high alert for potential misconduct

They only care about banks depositors! Why SEC never cared about stock exchange market. Genoil is an example where its so called CEO hijacked the company, sucked shareholders money and fled to somewhere in Europe or Asia. SEC is misreable and got a bunch of crooks to manage the show.
