Gainey Capital
I do not like delays, but Gainey Capital (GNC/GNYPF) was dealing with mother nature in Mexico before drilling off their Las Margaritas prospect. Well, the wait is finally over as the company announced last week that the driller has been contracted and will begin soon. At least 16 holes are planned.
I met with both Dr Peter Mcgaw and Bob Archer in Beaver Creek last week. Both renowned geologists affirmed their positive impression of Las Margaritas as a "very good target' (PM) and everyone involved in this deal is excited to see what the drills reveal in the coming weeks. This property is early stage, but confidence is high around the camp that they'll hit high grade mineralization during this first 16 plus hole program.
Investors comfortable with some risk for a potential big payoff should consider accumulating under .11 CDN in September/early October. I foresee a buzz building as drilling begins in the next couple of weeks and a steady rise higher back to the low-mid teens before we see assays. I've never seen such prominent geologists and investors (Eric Sprott, Ernesto Echaverria, etc) so bullish on such an early stage company like this before!
Buy GNC to .11 or .09 via GNYPF in the US.
Risk reward looks real good. Good pedigrees, good land. Small float.
Could move quickly.
