RE:news a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the local communities have restricted access to both the El Colomo and Las Margaritas properties. The Company is closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus and is actively negotiating with the various community leaders in order to lift the restrictions, but access is still restricted at this point of time. As a result, the first anniversary payments were not made with respect to the Las Margaritas property. The Company is negotiating with the option owner and until such time that this matter is resolved, the Company will defer making the required first anniversary property payments.
