The base assumptions were provided by Warren Verbonac, an oil analyst.  Who am I to argue with them?  I adapted those numbers to GSA's case for their 10% carried interest and the estimated number of FD shares outstanding.

Also, the $50,000 per flowing bpd is almost double the number I used.  I like your number...

Regardless, my point is GSA is tremendously undervalued at 40c with the 3 pronged potential GSA currently has.  Valuations won't be specifically known until all of these plays are fully drilled and the oil is flowing.
