Does anyone know if the deal is still alive or it it dead in the water? AOC has so many news releases/Sedar filings I find it hard to wade through them all.

I've messaged Advatagewon. Let's see what they come back with but worth noting that one of the Directors of GSA went onto the board of AOC and has since stepped aside for a new CEO as the company reinvents itself. The GSA tax losses are worth a lot of money to a growth company.
