RE: Down sharplyIf you believe the rumor that New Gold was targeting WGI as a takeover then it is possible that talks are off.
Last I heard it was to be a 1 for 1 stock exchange and WGI management would move into New Gold to run them. Looking at New Gold and WGI today they are both down sharply, so once again I am speculating maybe talks broke.
Pure speculation on my part, but I've bought more WGI today because I believe it's a steal at this price.
