Dates for completion of merger>?
Does anyone know when the merger will be done? I'm looking at the $0.10 discount between WGI and NGD and I'm wondering if this might be a good play for an up gold day like today> I noticed that the discount to the takeover price (1 for 1 with NGD) started to narrow last week but it's back to $0.10 ...

Timing The parties expect to completeand mail the joint information circular in April 2009 and plan to holdthe special meetings in May 2009. The Transaction is expected to closeat the end of May 2009.

The joint circular was mailed out last week. (Check with your broker.) The shareholders' meeting is scheduled for May 14th.
