You hit the nail on the head as you put it.  I figured it was happening based on posts at this sight.  The company has good products but was in debt and needed cash to market the product is what I believed after doing research. This was  just a piss poor way to get money, but may have been the only way.  I will wait for it to get quiet and see if any products get taken up in a bigger way. Not a big loss for me as I was well informed this was most likely a pump and dump.
