Consolidation is great
M&A in the royalty sector is great, however it's better to own small royalty companies to get the takeover premium.
G&A of Gold royalty is a problem: too many people on their Management team.
Most royalty companies are run by 2-6 people. The business model of a royalty company is very scalable and doesn't need to have 20-30 people.
They are currently better opportunities in the royalty sector to get a decent return on investment.
This stock has too many non producing royalties.
Does anybody know the interest rate on the 25m debt facility?

Garofalo is great and I like his M&A qualities. It would be nice if GROY could keep this M&A pace and buy some really nice producing assets.
