Has the stock price anything to do with GROY buying the royalty on Cote gold project? Deal includes GROY issuing some of it in shares at 20 day volume weighted average price of shares traded. Could IAMGOLD be pushing the share price lower to get more shares of GROY?

The average price $ 4.218 was set using the 20 days prior to closing.  The price of GROY is falling since that price was established.   There is a quarterly royalty payment of $ 0.01 per share being paid in a few days.    The price of gold is now touching $2,000.00 per ounce. Lets hope that the price does not reach $3,000.00 per ounce or the price of GROY could tumble ...more

Reminds me of GZZ , down down down...some kind of a flow through game (however I'm far from being an expert, just good at losing money on these)
