Here is what someone posted about CIBC EDGE

 CIBC Investor's Edge is *not* the panacea you are looking for. I submitted a laundry list of bugs to them; you cannot trade preferred shares that have N or M in their name (yes, seriously). You cannot open naked puts. No level 2. There are certain preferred shares you cannot DRIP (other brokers allow them). You can't control the DRIP online, you have to call. Some change orders take 10s of minutes during trading. Software bugs allow your RRSP to go negative. They've had their share of outages as well. Usually takes at least 10 minutes to get through to a human broker.
