I dont think Tetra is banking on Canada's market so much as the American market. Once they get the DIN it wont matter if its federally legal inthe United States yet or not because with that DIN they can effectively penetrate the U.S market regardless of how the fed's view it by then. We will have a huge upperhand by tapping into that market before any other Canadian company can and from my searching around, i dont think any american company is in FDA approval stages to get DIN#'s for marijuana based products. The only other copmany that will tapping into the U.S will be GW Pharma with their sativex and the other mj derived drug they have. Epidolex or something like that?

either way Tetra wont have much competition and upcoming competition afterwards will be years behind them:)
