tetra bio pharma was growpros. now tetra bio pharma is selling growpros to northbud who are the same people that ran growpros.

phytopain pharma was a subsidiary created by growpros in partnership with the execs currently at tetra bio pharma.  tetra bio pharma buys phytopain pharma.

 

 

shareholder money put to good use. ;) and I cant say for certain (as I’m not a shareholder) but I believe without a vote. I asked the board what the results where of the PPP purchase and no one answered. When I looked in their Mda it looked like the classified it as “immaterial”. Again, asked the board here and no one responded, so either yeah they don’t know or mum for a reason. 

but don’t worry cause they have this great 5 product pipeline they have been working on since 2014. Oh and they are gonna get a DIN!!!!! Smfh
