Min.T (excelsior mining) just confirmed they will be getting their final permit which will allow them to start construction of the copper mine in Arizona , NPV is 1.2 billion C$ and current MC is 270million

trading in low 1.30, once permi is announced will most likely pop to 1.70 or higher.. company said permit is due before end of q2 which means in less then 2 weeks

for those not familiar with excelsior, this is an article published today.. I don’t usually follow seeking alpha, but what he wrote can bring you up to speed
