You've been proposing the conspiracy theory that tbp insiders are trying to scam, ripoff, or defraud investors. You'd have to be a complete idiot to believe that. They're not going to defraud investors for a couple million dollars, when they can defraud for 10s to 100s of million. If tbp insiders were trying to defraud investors, then tbp sp would be a hell of a lot higher.

Given the number of insiders, the market value, Sp, among other factors, it's simply not worth it to defraud tbp investors
