I suggest that the next time you read a NR, spend a little time actually reading it and attempt to understand what you read. Don't simply scan the NR for key words and phrases you can use to bash.

This has some added benefits to you. You stop sounding like an inbred idiot with a "graduate degree" from homeschool university. It adds more credibility to your bashing and you may actually be able to convince the less informed that you may be right. All you're doing now is annoying the Hell out of people.
