This is not the first time. Sometimes we start like this and end with 500k volume so this means nothing . As someone on this board said it before, the time between phase 3 trials and DIN announcement is low volume time as investors will be hesitant to make the step of buying and the share holders are holding shares waiting for the jackpot. That explains the low volume.
