I would like to make a point. Constance Therapeutics is no longer with Tetra, at least for the moment. I asked Mr. Miller the question and here is his answer:

Dear Michel,

Thanks for you and your kind thoughts towards the Tetra team. For the time being, they have been established with Constance Therapeutics, and they have not been able to provide a material guarantee (a major requirement when developing a pharmaceutical drug) and thus we have signed the final agreement.
