As a shareholder, i have been supporting TBP work and scientific path since year and half, I expressed it here many times. But, what is happening now MAY not be simple stock manipulation, but a deliberate action ( INTENTIONAL) from inside to down the price for selling the co. From the drama of mycotoxins 5 MONTHS AGO to today, there have been some suspicions facts-backed situations which lead to such conclusions. I invited 2 friends, lawyers a year ago to join and invest in the Co, they will gather and analyze if there is ANY fact allowing a..CLASS ACTION. I am NOT in the law field, but a pre-retired and naive investor.
In the state of the LAW, not only IIROC has juridiction on fraud and/or economic crimes IF IT'S PROVEN THAT MANAGEMENT(IN THE WHOLE OR SOME INDIVIDUALS ) ACTED INTENTIONALLY to screw shareholders. ALL THE PROVINCIAL COURTS HAVE JURIDICTION ON THIS MATTER. I AM NOT SAYING THIS BECAUSE I LOST MONEY. it,s obvious thousands of you have lost alot of money. I KNOW IT is a ...gambling world and consequenlly attracts all sort of hyenas and sharks. For now, it is premature to ACCUSE ANYONE IN PARTICULAR. BUT the door is OPEN FOR A CLASS ACTION.

Yes you unfortunately are naive in this case. Everything you see happening with the price was 100% legal. Stocks can be shorted. TBP isn’t selling. They are setting up shop. They needed money NOW. Dedicated for phase 3 trials (recently discovered trials posted on the US gov site):
