Prospectus and wt

Short prospectus for 50 mil over 48 months as decided by management, otc line delayed for future date yet to be determined, "no significant profit expected for the foreseeable future" and mentions of possible delays due to covid 19. Those wt warrants are dead in the water. May as well buy yourself a couple of double doubles. Im not saying I don't believe in the long term viability, but there are defiantly short to midterm headwinds and i see those wt as worthless.
